All Lathander-related dialogue from BG3, gathered with this dialogue parser (here if you just want the files themselves). The tag CLERIC_LATHANDER is on dialogue exclusive to lathander clerics, and tags like REALLY_LAEZEL refer to the origin character the player is playing as.

Act1\DEN\DEN_AdventurersQuest_LeaderAtCorpses:
Aradin comes across the corpses of some of his friends, who were lost during the goblin raid. He's in a neutral location at a bridge and observing the corpses of his people and of goblins, who were also killed in the fight.

Player: These fallen lights burned short, Lord. May you remember their flames evermore. CLERIC_LATHANDER

Act1\DEN\DEN_AttackOnDen_GrieflingFriend:
Memnos, a tiefling, is praying/hiding while the goblins attack the Druid Grove. He admits that he's lost his nerve and doesn't want to fight off the attackers. We can try to persuade him and give him courage; if we succeed, he'll join the defences. Fail, and he'll continue cowering.

Memnos: Lathander to light, Selûne to guide, Kelemvor to show mercy - [Praying to himself. Interrupted by the player]

Act1\Plains\PLA_ZhentDungeon_DoubtingArtist:
An artist captued by the Zhentarim, Oskar is being forced to paint against his will. He'll discreetly approach the player and beg them to buy him, mindful that he's within earshot of his brutal captors. If he is freed by whatever means, he'll regain some of his old haughtiness but will ultimately still be grateful as he relates his story - that he's torn between two loves. The first is the patron who has offered to marry him, and the second is a first true love from his pre-fame and -wealth past.

Oskar Fevras: You can SHOVE your boots where even Lathander can't light - I'm no one's slave!

Act1\Underdark\UND_MonkAmulet_EquipAmulet:
When the player picks up the Monk's Amulet the monk's astral self appears and will start talking with the player. The player can find out who the monk is, what the amulet does. Later, they find that wearing the amulet will slowly drive them mad as they wear it (the monk has no control over this).

Narrator: *You recognise the symbol: it belongs to those sworn to Lathander, god of dawn and renewal.*

Act1b\Monastery\CRE_BloodOfLathander:
The player decides if they should take The Blood of Lathander (the Sun Mace). Taking it will cause the destruction of the monastery (and the gith crèche within it).

Narrator: *A fist-sized piece of amber flecked with crimson is set in the handle, emitting a radiance all its own.*
Narrator: *This mace must be the legendary Blood of Lathander - the amber is said to contain the blood of the Morninglord himself.*

Player: Claim the mace and delight in its danger. REALLY_DARK_URGE
Player: Take the mace anyway - what's the worst that could happen?
[The Lance of Final Dawn was fired, kicking off the destruciton of the Monastery and Creche.]

Act1b\Monastery\CRE_BloodOfLathander_PAD_FakeBloodPickedUp:
The character comments after picking up the fake copy of the Blood of Lathander (a replica of the stone that's inside the actual Blood of Lathander mace). They are disappointed by it, indicating there might be more to this story.

Player: This is an ancient holy relic? It doesn't feel that ancient. Or holy. REALLY_ASTARION
Player: Hmm. Seems a touch... underwhelming. REALLY_GALE
Player: This can't be the blood of Lathander, can it? It's a bit... eh. REALLY_KARLACH
Player: The Blood of Lathander. Hardly impressive as relics go. REALLY_LAEZEL
Player: Is this the Blood of Lathander? A bit underwhelming, for a relic. REALLY_SHADOWHEART

Player: Is this it? Seems a little underwhelming for a holy relic.

Act1b\Monastery\CRE_Courtyard_PAD_LathanderStatue:
The player characters comment on an aspect of the Morninglord, Lathander.

Player: Lathander's got no love for ravening undead, does he? REALLY_KARLACH
Player: Lathander, smiting the undead to make way for new blood. REALLY_LAEZEL
Player: Ah, Lathander - Trampler of the Undead. REALLY_SHADOWHEART
Player: The undead, smashed to bone. Lathander's sun does not rise on the soulless. REALLY_WYLL
Player: Undead crushed underfoot. The Dawnlord certainly knows how to make space for new life.

Act1b\Monastery\CRE_Expeditioner:
An aging expeditioner gives the player the task of collecting a githyanki egg and debates nature vs. nurture.

Player: Looks like a monastery to Lathander. What's your problem with the God of the Dawn? CLERIC

Gale: The Dawnstar. A beacon to Lathander's faithful - and a startlingly potent artefact.

Narrator: *Above the temple shines the most radiant of lights: the Dawnstar. A beacon to the god Lathander's faithful - and a startlingly potent weapon.*
Karlach: It's gorgeous. We could use something like that

Lae'zel: A temple to a trivial god, nested among the peaks. Fine grounds for a crèche.
Wyll: And Lathander's priests? Did the githyanki just - kill them and take over?
Shadowheart: The original occupants might object - unless the gith just slaughtered them?
Gale: And what of Lathander's faithful? Did the githyanki cut them down?
Astarion: Certainly, once you evict the priests. Although I imagine the gith slaughtered them?
Lae'zel: That, or enslaved them. Ch'mar, zal'a Vlaakith. 'Vlaakith's will above all.'

Narrator: *A brilliant light shines from the temple's crest - a magical artefact of uncertain power.*

Player: A sight to nourish the soul! Now let's sit down and nourish the stomach. REALLY_GALE
Player: Look at that beauty. Ah, I love it here. REALLY_KARLACH
Player: I'm not one to admire a view. This time - well, this time shall be an exception. REALLY_LAEZEL
Player: View's quite breathtaking - or maybe that was just the climb. REALLY_SHADOWHEART

Player: Like it hasn't been touched in a millenium. Incredible. REALLY_KARLACH
Player: Has this place escaped my people's notice all this time? Embarrassing. REALLY_LAEZEL

Player: I must keep focus. A crèche may take any guise - even that of a derelict temple. REALLY_LAEZEL
Player: I was expecting a gith crèche to look a little less... shit? REALLY_ASTARION
Player: I would have thought the gith to be too proud to squat in someone else's ruins. REALLY_GALE
Player: This place has good bones. Terrible skin, though. REALLY_KARLACH
